Add any photo or personal note to the inside of a necktie. There are so many options: peel & stick, sew-in, iron-on. Many are personalized, so you can add your own note, photograph and/or name & date. Really, any patch will work (if you don’t want a specific personalized tie one), providing it is small enough to fit. Another idea is to just get a plain fabric “patch” and write your own message in a sharpie. I recommend the patches are no more than 3 inches wide and 3-4 inches tall to fit on the inside of a standard-sized necktie.
If your fiance is renting a tuxedo or suit, I recommend buying a tie as close to the color you would have normally rented and putting the patch on that necktie. Alternatively, he can change his tie after all the formal stuff and when everyone “takes their shoes off” and boogies on the dance floor, which he would also have on during your last dance. Wearing the tie at the rehearsal dinner or during a dress up night away on your honeymoon
